These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.risecorpsolutions.com and the software development and related services (the "Services") offered by RiseCorp Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our Services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.
RiseCorp Solutions provides software development and related professional services, including but not limited to web development, mobile application development, custom software development, cloud & DevOps solutions, UI/UX design, and ongoing maintenance & support. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing for each engagement will be documented in a written proposal, quotation, or statement of work ("SOW") agreed upon by both parties.
Prices displayed on our Pricing page are indicative starting prices and may vary based on project scope, complexity, timeline and specific requirements. A binding order is created only when both parties have agreed to and signed/acknowledged a formal proposal, quotation or SOW, and the Client has made the agreed advance payment (where applicable).
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are structured on a milestone basis: an advance payment to commence work, one or more milestone payments during development, and a final payment prior to or upon final delivery/handover. Online payments made through our website or payment links are processed via secure third-party payment gateway(s); by making a payment you agree to the terms of the applicable payment gateway provider as well. Delayed payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until outstanding dues are cleared. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or other) unless stated otherwise.
To enable timely and successful delivery, the Client agrees to:
Unless otherwise specified in a signed SOW, full ownership of the final deliverables (source code, designs) is transferred to the Client upon receipt of full and final payment. RiseCorp Solutions retains the right to use general knowledge, pre-existing tools, frameworks and non-confidential techniques developed during the engagement, and may reference completed projects (excluding confidential information) for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
We provide a defined bug-fix/warranty support period (as specified in the applicable proposal or pricing plan) following delivery, covering defects arising from our development work. This warranty does not cover issues arising from third-party changes, hosting environment changes, or modifications made by the Client or any third party after handover. Extended maintenance and support are available under a separate paid plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RiseCorp Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or business, arising from the use of our Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing written notice as specified in the SOW. In the event of termination by the Client, fees for work completed up to the termination date shall be payable, and refunds (if any) for advance payments will be governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sangli, Maharashtra, India.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and will apply to engagements entered into after that date, unless otherwise agreed.
